3. Marketplace & Escrow Regulations

3.1. Escrow Usage: All commercial transactions must route through the platform's automated Escrow system. Direct payments (Finalize Early / FE) are forbidden unless explicit Vendor status permits it.
3.2. Disputes: In the event of a trade dispute, our moderation team will review evidence provided by both parties (shipping receipts, PGP-signed chats). The decision of the Arbiter is final.
3.3. Commission & Fees: The forum collects a nominal percentage fee from escrow completions to fund server maintenance, hidden service mirrors, and operational nodes.

4. Vendor Accountability

4.1. Vendor licenses are bound strictly to the account that purchased them. Transferring, renting, or selling vendor profiles is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Scamming / Exit Scams: Any vendor found guilty of selective scamming, blackmailing customers, or intentionally delaying orders to initiate an exit strategy will have their bond confiscated and identity blacklisted on global scam databases.

5. Account Security & Inactivity

5.1. Accounts without an attached PGP key are highly vulnerable. Staff will never recover an account that does not have a registered PGP key for 2FA validation.
5.2. Inactive Accounts: To preserve database space, standard free accounts with zero post count and inactivity exceeding 180 days may be automatically pruned by the system. Paid memberships are exempt from pruning.
